Where are you missing? What’s the evidence? What should change?

Analysis & recommendations with Claude

Heardly analyzes how AI describes your brand. It turns scattered signals into meaningful insights and recommendations your team can review.

01
BRAND UNDERSTANDING

Understand the brand context.

Go beyond a name appearing in an answer. Understand the situations and strengths associated with your brand.

02
EVIDENCE-LED INSIGHTS

Put evidence behind the insight.

Understand your brand’s position through answers and cited sources. Build a clearer picture you can discuss with your team and clients.

03
ACTIONABLE DIRECTION

Give your team a clear next step.

Turn opportunities into practical directions for your content and pages. Your team reviews the recommendations and chooses what to change.

04 / MEASUREMENT, EXPLAINED

Metrics you can explain.
Not just a score to watch.

AI can answer the same question differently.
That’s why the comparison conditions matter.

VISIBILITY RATEMetric definition
Valid responses mentioning your brandAll valid responses
× 100%

For example, 27 brand mentions in 60 valid responses means 45% visibility. Failed collections are reported separately, not counted as missing mentions.

Visibility is not conversion rate or total market share across AI platforms.
01

Compare like with like.

Separate prompt sets, languages, regions, engines, search settings, and collection methods. API responses and consumer-app results should not be treated as the same sample.

02

Distinguish mentions from citations.

A brand name in an answer and a citation to your site are different signals. Recommendations also need to be distinguished from incidental mentions.

03

Separate change from causation.

Rerun the same questions after content changes, while accounting for model updates and sampling variability. A visibility increase alone does not establish causation.

05 / WHY WE’RE BUILDING

Built around
real working questions.

“So, what should we actually change this week?”

Heardly grew from the idea of productizing CoveGrowth’s AEO and GEO analysis work. We’re closing the distance between understanding how a brand appears in AI answers and improving the pages behind it.

For marketing teams, a reason behind the next task. For agencies, analysis they can explain to clients. We’re building a product that turns collected answers into work a team can act on.

06 / A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

A little
more clarity.

How is Heardly different from an SEO tool?

Heardly focuses on AI answers to questions: brand mentions, recommendation context, citations, and competitive differences. Technical SEO and content quality remain important foundations, so this work complements your existing SEO practice.

Where does Claude fit into the product?

Claude is integrated into Heardly’s analysis and recommendation features, helping interpret AI answers and brand context and develop improvement ideas. This page’s demo uses synthetic data and makes no live Claude calls.

Does Heardly guarantee AI recommendations?

No. Answers vary with the model, retrieval timing, wording, and user context. Heardly focuses on evidence-based improvement opportunities. Structured data or a particular file such as llms.txt cannot guarantee citations.
